The final determination is at our sole discretion.
If we are unable to find a better policy, a meal voucher (or reimbursement) of $50 will be provided.
The voucher is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
Offer must be claimed within 90 days of receiving confirmation of eligibility.
Policies from restricted funds, (e.g., exclusive corporate policies, non standard pricing, discounts, weeks free offers, closed policies) and Gold Hospital policies may not be eligible.
